Best place to sell geared accounts?

Pretty straight forward. Does anyone have a good site where I can sell my geared accounts?

I have been referenced to playerauctions.com by someone and I don't quite know what to think of it yet. It's quite a lengthy process to make a sale on. It requires you submitting a lot of information about you / and your account before it even goes up for advertisement. Has anyone used this site before? Whats the reputation of it? Would you recommend it ? Please only comment if you know and have experience with the site ... -_-

would like experienced suggestions on other sites/places to sell your accounts too. Thanks in advance.
 
Quite a few on this site have used playerauctions to sell before but I know that sometimes buyers can come unstuck with regards to the refund policy of playerauctions when a seller pulls a dodgy deal.
 
oh really? so they are legit? They seem to have quite high security so something like that happens... wtf? like you have to submit all your info to even put it up for sale... how can their be a refund policy on that ...
 
Anyone have any other ideas and suggestions based on good experience, where I Can sell Geared WOW accounts.
 
sold and bought a couple accounts from the mmobay.net forums. I'd check them out
 
Alright thanks, sounds good. I checked them out before. Whats the process you went through for buying an account? How did you choose who to buy from? and have you had any problems? Hope I dont bother you with my questions but I need some second opinions.
 
I only have bought accounts from people with feedback points and original owners of the accounts. I always had thorough conversations with the seller and/or buyer before making a decision. I have never been burned as I've been fairly careful. They also offer a middleman service if you're interested.
 
yeah thats legit. makes sense. Thanks a lot for sharing. middle man service would cost more money though -_-

having a thorough conversation before the trade is important, good point. how did you end up finding buyers for the accounts you wanted to sell though ? I mean without having rep? Like to be a verified member you have to send in a scanned document of your drivers license? That sounds sketchy?... But how do you find a buyer without having rep like that..?
 
you can also try craigslist, but only do local meetings and will no except paypal because you will get ripped off.
 
What ever happened to markeedragon? I used to sell accounts there left and right back in BC.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where they sell now though? Since HB doesnt have a market place like pirox did. which is where I found most customers.. ?

we cant make threads about what we have to offer too can we? .. because most sites require you to send in a scanned copy of yuor drivers license... is this safe?
 
I use mmobay.net. It's totally free unless you add stuff like 'buy it now' or 'reserve' features. Been selling at mmobay.net for years.
 
Oh okay thanks for sharing your input. Isn't it hard to get buyers on there though because you need rep or to be verified? were you verified? you need to send in your scanned license to be verified. is that safe? thanks for your info . I have lots of geared accounts I want to sell but dono how or where :(
 
Why bother bumping a thread if anyone wanted to contribute they'd of posted already. Let a thread die if there is no interest.
 
Mmobay as always beware of scammers and if this is against the rule's to post... Then delete. Also you wont get much. Since account's are really cheap now.
