Best place to buy a couple copies of WoW?

I'm bored, wanting to get back into WoW, but, looking at their site it's $20 for WoW (Standard, TBC, WOTLK, and, Cata), plus, an additional $20 for MOP. Is there anywhere I can get them both for a little cheaper? Unsure if I'm going US or EU yet (In all honestly, I don't care), so, either will do.

Additionally, what's a good method to get WoW time now? I use to do the RAF method and bought one month for ~ $2, but, I heard they fixed that up once I stopped playing.
