BEST Paragon leveling class? (NOT BARBS)

I'm sick and tired playing with barbs now. I want to change.

So basically, which class is best for paragon leveling? How much XP per hour and at least mp5+ and what build etc?
I want to start a Monk but I don't know what gear and build to have. ITS SOO ANOYING AS FURK! ONLY BARB GUIDES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :mad:

Any help is appreciated. :D
 
Tempest Rush Monk using Kevin Spacey's VoTA+Oasis profile on MP2-3. It's going to get you to around 30-50m xp/hr which isn't bad for a non-Barb class. It's pretty efficient on farming demonic essences. I'm working on a guide that lays out the basics, so stay tuned.
 
If only trinity had fully support for firebats.... wd would be da bomb.
 
with the right build, firebats work ok. i also tweaked the code heavily in my HC version to make firebats works better. :)

Will give it a try the dogmeat. Im aware of your HC version but i didnt knew it was handling firebats. Im using firebats with trinity and im getting 35mhr. Will try your HC edition man, thanks for the suggestion :D !
 
Try the build I suggested in the latest post. Works well for me. With my 150k dps WD in a crowd, real dmg goes up to 15.000.000/sec sometimes. :D (Calculated with TurboHUD, which reads server damage calculation, so it can't be wrong). Cheers! :)

Yeah man testing your suggested build with Zorked 1.6.1. any profile to test or is jsut my choice ?

Any profile. I like Weep XP and Zorked, of course with Zorked you gotta do some tweaking with trash mob range and such for optimization. :) Btw, act 1 is actually not the best act for the WD, so many kinds of mobs knocks you back. It

It's problematic seens CoB channel is disrupted and you got killed when you're still being crow controlled. :)

Oh... wich act you think i should be running with WD ? A2 maybe? because A3 got tremors and Pestilent (the ones with long hands), A4 spire got mallot and nukers.
Running fine on A1 for the moment but, if im able to make better exp from other acts, will definetly give that one a try.
 
If I remember correctly, I liked VoTA + Dalghur Oasis. But I'm always hungry for demonic essences. So take my words with a pinch of salt. :)

Mine: 150k dps, 900 res, 3500 armor, 1500 vit. skorn with 4.5% LS or so. :)

170k dps , 900 res , 2900 armor , 1500 vit , 4.5 LS skorn.

Doing Vota MP6 to see how it handles it, tbh is working very good. My only issue is that im not sure about the amount of exp that is "normal" for a WD since i?ve only boted barb. With barb i was getting 80m and it was low i think because everyone got 100m+ . I think this is cause this particular machine sucks.

Doing Mp6 no deaths but will probably got it down a couple of mp?s to see if there is an increase in exp.

So far so good :D .
 
100M, MP10, but those are old days. Now I don't have a monk yet. My accounts were banned. :)
 
A general gear guide for MP10 capable nirvana monk would be appreciated. Was Trinity able to handle this combat routine? I did some research and it looks like it takes some intelligent playing of using certain skills at certain times.
