Best paladin CC? And what Spec to use 1-85?

Im going to make a paladin. Just cant figure out if i should take http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorbuddy-forum/classes/paladin/13713-convalesce-4-1-beta-2-a.html CC or the http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorbuddy-forum/classes/paladin/12708-fpsware-paladin.html.

And what spec should i use btw? hope some1 can help me

I like FPSWare's CC.

I used the default CC until 10ish, then grabbed FPSware and went prot. Killing is really only slightly slower than ret, but my pally is also borderline invincible.
