so with the bot down im thinking im gonna reformat my computer since when im running 5 bots and nothing else my cpu is at 30% a large portion of which is windows search index. It just dosent seem right to me. Im using windows 8 and im wondering Is there a different version of windows that runs much better?

Just disable that feature of Win 8

you should disable windows search index and MANY other services/options there is guide on this forums (not in guide section just thread in "main" section) with detailed list of things to disable and how to do it

in my experience windows 8 is best because you can disable more stuff and uses less memory (240MB for windows after disabling unneeded stuff)
