I was just wondering what the best money making WoW professions are atm?

i make 70k with Jewelcrafting+Enchanting in one Month.

Depends on your servers economy. But having JC Enchanting, Alchemy should be fine. Assuming you have a Char with Herb/Mining

but yea this is almost the best asnwer you could give. you could also try to use AHflipping (buying low selling high)
