best level Profiel for human

Can someone say me what is the best Profiel for Human leveling, and does somebuddy know how i can bring him that he eat something to Restore hos health?

you can use any profile mate
as an example if you wanna run the dwarf one just bring your toon to Kharanos(outside Ironforge)
