Which is the best profile now for gold ?

I know core + fields use to be good, but that profile now just gets stuck constantly in the core. So i wonder if anyone else has got another good gold profile please ?

Or is it the demonbuddy nav server problems thats causing the core profiles to get stuck ?

fragmams profile works good, but like you said it gets stuck lots for some people. i use the nightmare long version
