Best gold-farming profile

I was wondering what you use to make gold with a farming profile (i find it too risky to use profession / gathering profiles). i'd rather leave a farm bot overnight.

i was thinking to let the botanist rein death charger profile run, and then sell the mount a few times on the AH?
