Best Garrison bot/profile

Hi!
I'm off WoW for about 1 year...and obviously I stopped using my bot and deleted all previous installation.
Assuming that my old key is still up, in this year what changed in bot using/routine/plugin/profiles/etc?

I just need a way to farm every day my garrison with my 11 chr... any suggestion?

(plz excuse me for my bad English, it isn't my language)
