I currently use teamviewer to check on/control my bots from my work computer and phone. Unfortunately the lag on it is pretty bad, sometimes I'm not even able to start WoW and HB. Also, it uses a ton of data on my phone. Any recommendations for alternatives?

LogMeIn, nothing was better for me... tried almost everything. :/

Splashtop desktop works well except for trying to turn with the mouse. It has great graphics display and doesn't lag out your connection but you need to move with the keyboard to get set up before starting your bot or moving out of stuff. I have my "END" key set to reset the display angle (keybinding) in WoW in case I try to move with the mouse and it has me looking at the ceiling...

There is a free Splashtop desktop for Windows but it is hard to find. You load the Splashtop viewer on the pcs you want to control and log in and it finds them automatically with your login without having to be on the same network...

Thanks for the suggestions, guys. :)
I will check both of them out.

LogMeIn > all imo.

Used it since I found it, which were a few years ago.

Teamviewer works nice also works well with smart phones

TeamViewer and LogMeIn. (I use LogMeIn myself.. and I have a jailbroken iPhone app for it, screw paying $15!)

i use teamviewer mainly because the phone app is amazing so i can check when im out at supermarket for example

Using Teamviewer but I'm looking for another one as well... It's very laggy when you use Teamviewer with your smartphone (at least android)

Maybe Sharp Messenger will be an alternative for you if you are using a phone or a PC at work. It's simpler to type a command like "/stophb" or "/starthb" than try to point and click on a phone.

EDIT: Sorry, you asked for something free.

CrazyRemote is not free, but it's worth every cent. So is Sharp Messanger.
If you wanna to efficiently keep an eye on your computer, it's by far the best combo IMHO.

I tried teamviewer on a iphone 4 and the clicking seems pretty delayed, also the ingame graphics are playing at about .3fps lol not sure if thats just expected with all remote apps. I did try logmein but after I remote connect to my PC it asks me for a user/pass, and I use the one I used on the computer, and at the beginning of the app and it says its wrong :/

I'm currently using TeamViewer and quite happy with the iPhone app.

Works very well straight out of the box.
