Best feral routine?

I just would like to ,now which CR is the best for PvP as a feral drood
And also which one is the best for PvE if possible.

I am a massive supporter of TuanAH routines which support pve and pvp.

Yes I also tought about Tuanha's routine, but i think that you have to buy all routines for drood, and i kinda don't need other ones so I don't wanna spend 80$ for 1 CR :/

Superbad is also supposed to be good, i have not tried it but just from past forum posts ppl have raved about it.
TaunHA is free to use in (non arena/rbg) environments, if you like it and will use it a lot then buy it, test it in dueling and normal bg's and raiding.
