Best farmer with default classes?

Hi, im going to make a farmer account but i've been away awhile and would like to know the best class without a pet to farm with. Would you say Blood DK, Ret Pala or WW Monk?

Feral drood > all. Speed, self heals, power.

Druid is pretty supreme, especially if you want to use it with gathering.
