Today I had in my hometown (Zürich) also only 9k, yesterday it has been 35k... Lets see what the next update will change

Right no I farm at USS Intrepid in NY, Manhattan.

Around 23k and lots of Dratinis/Magikarps/Psyducks

In Basel you will have about 35k/h for normally and sometimes 9k for about 10 - 30 minutes. Geneva could be a good location, but I never tried it.

I also got a 2700 Dragonite there. I don't know how but I have one.

I farm in the lower part of Central Park at driving speed, 50kmh. I'm lvl 29 and average around 38 to 42 k/h

Best Farming spots ive Found

Charmander - Flushing meadows Park, Queens NYC- able to get three charizards through farming charmanders here in less than a day.
Squirtle - Fort Mason, San Francisco Same thing as the charmanders, seriously far too many
Magikarp - Shinobazu Pond, Tokyo ( got a gyrados from having 2 hours of farming here)
Dratini - Pier 39 san Francisco ( its hit or miss)
Gastly - Hagley Park Christchurch NZ.
