Best efficiency for leveling new character?

Couldn't find any threads on this, my question is the title. Is there any way to level a new character with the bot without having to manually gear it every 5-10 levels?

tabularas + level 10 / ilvl 70 items + a bunch of chaos to roll good stats
-> no need to regear until maps
