Time: Around 9 hours at Night which may make the difference. Current time in San Francisco and also time converter.
EXP/H: 45K to 50K
Speed: Driving no stopping
No Incense or Lucky Egg used

Lvl: 25-27 Can't remember if I was Lvl 24 or 25 at the beginning.

I'm guessing he did it overnight, when they are more likely to spawn. By time it was posted here it was morning. I'll try it tonight.

Same thing happened with Disneyland Tokyo, dude posted it with incredible numbers, everyone tried, didn't get the results he did, called bullshit, well, disney tokyo was closed when everyone was trying. 8pm next night.. boom! So remember that time of day does effect spawns when evaluating a claimed good spot.

I did my run at night so maybe that makes a difference and make sure you use the updated coords I edited in as I put the wrong ones in before. Also it might be vital to run this at 50km/h with no stops if you are comfortable with that.

Good spot confirmed. averaging 61k without egg, 5 Dratini in 10 mins. lots og Magikarp too for Gyro fodder.

I tested this site for about 4 hours now. I'll continue to test through the night. It does spawn Dratini. I wouldn't say it is the "Best", but it is a great location. Thank you for providing this information to the group.

i know im here in the wrong thread, but can someone plz tell me why my bot keeps movin so far from the pier i was locating him to farm. he goes from one to next pokestop and not really back to the place to be. thx for anny answer.

Now that more people are there, more dratini's have started popping up.

I have caught a few and even a Dragonite (about 1/2 cp)
