But me personally I use these with Tyrael in SoO:
Healing-monk 558ilvl, using Oracle 14/14normal 2healing most of everything topping meters.
Warlock 565ilvl, using Demonic Warlock CR 14/14normal raping the meters.

I don't know the EXACT names of TuanHA's routines, so I'll just call them "TuanHA Premium <class name>" for the ones I use. Sorry. Right now, I really only play my mage and warlock on a regular basis as I'm trying to get my legendary cloak and my warlock is my primary main. My mage is going to be my alternative main when I get tired of playing my warlock. Also, all my toons are PvE based. None of them PvP.
Druid:
Restoration (462 ilvl) - Leaves Premium by Mirabis
Feral Cat (??? ilvl) - Superbad 4.0 by handnavi
Paladin:
Holy (471 ilvl) - TuanHA Premium Paladin
Retribution (??? ilvl) - TuanHA Premium Paladin
Mage:
Frost (498 ilvl) - Portal Premium by Millz
Rogue:
Assassination (443 ilvl) - TuanHA Premium Rogue or YourRaidBuddy (I alternate because I can't make up my mind)
Warlock:
Destruction (509 ilvl) - Demonic Premium by Millz
Priest:
Shadow (475 ilvl) - Insanity Premium by Millz or MDPriest (when MDPriest was still being developed by Loxx)
Shaman:
Restoration (496 ilvl) - Oracle
Elemental (496 ilvl) - YourRaidBuddy
Hunter:
Survival (486 ilvl)- YourRaidBuddy
Monk:
Windwalker (482 ilvl) - TuanHA Premium Monk
Mistweaver (??? ilvl) - Oracle
Warrior:
Protection (448 ilvl) - TuanHA Premium Warrior

These are just the routines I use, personally. I can't say whether or not they're the BEST for any given situation, but I enjoy using them the most. I can't suggest any settings for them, either. I always tool around with them and change my options as I'm always trying to figure out what gives the best performance. I haven't found out what does yet. It's always a work in progress.
Edit: Since it's been a while that I've played my druid, I forgot that I use Leaves and not Oracle, lol. Thank you Frayman for reminding me that Leaves is my druid healing routine of choice. I also decided to throw up my off-specs too, with their routines. I really can't remember my OS ilvls because I rarely ever play my OS, so I'm sure my ilvl is really low, or I just use my main spec gear, which is bad, lol. I really need to dust off some of these toons and get them above 496 for SoO. Sheesh!

I cant agree more with your choices, I also have a PVE druid I use the paid routine "Leaves" by Mirabis ..its AWESOME as well and pvp functions there too
have you used TuanHA's Shaman CR? I'm in love with it.
I haven't even heard of Oracle or yourraidbuddy, where can i find these?

i use YourRaidingBuddy before.
and i am using TuanHA Premium now and enjoying it.
especially TuanHA's pvp setting is amazing.
i didn't need change too much and easily to reach 2000+ rating
