Best CR for Balance Druid ?

Honestly use Tuanha's His are Very well built, imo. But i havent done much pvp as a balance drood.

From a search I did, all of them are just mediocre right now...

but hoping to find a good one as well. I am using the trial of Tuanha's and it has some issues. For example, constantly spamming wild mushroom even with the setting turned off
