Best class/setup to bot keys with?

So I used to bot with a pet WD using a SMK and zuni set for perma fetishes to act as a type of shield and to kil lstuff blocking me(no illusory boots). Recently on s2 I had no WD to do this, So I used my DH(obvious setup on all the chars I mention is templar/unity trick) DH was ok, very slow though even when swapped to ancient danettas x2 with prep and companion for +hatred replenishment. Now I tried a raekor barb, SUPER FAST using Chilanik's Chain warcry speed buff, 40% sprint. I tested raekor barb using illusory boots, works great, the other option was to turn use furious charge OOC on and let the bot sometimes get stuck on monsters when it was pathing, and eventually a FC would refresh, hit the monsters and clear the path this worked but illusory proved better.

Main problem with raekor barb....ONCE he finds the keywarden, if its a target rich area he will do what he does in rifts, grifts, just ZOOM the fuck off charging this way and that way down the map and bot goes

with self intervention I can correct it,

but I don't know how many possible keys I am losing per hour because the bot charges OUT of range hitting other targets. This is supposed to prioritize the keywarden above all us, Since BuddyMe's keybot uses the confuse goblin trick(makes keywardens appear as a goblin to the bot, so it should kamikaze KW over any other monster.) I understand BuddyMe no longer releases Keybot, or maybe even supports it. But I think this is mostly a raekors charge bug, Because every other class I used the KW always is prime target, then the trash is cleared after if bot cant TP to next KW.

I am unfamiliar with crusaders, But I am considering trying a pony sader since that will give atleast some sort of speed via steed. For now I may go back to a pet WD and give it a try, I only just got the gear recently to make it work although no smk.
 
I use my pet WD. I think any class works fine for keys if geared and setup properly.
 
I am mainly thinking speed, keys per hour etc. I had at one point ~1k of each key on NS, all from using a pet WD. Just wishing FC raekor barb worked better for it, but it seems the combat mechanics in it isn't built for a solo target type attack.
 
Season one I had a wiz.. it was faster than the barb I have now I think. With the weapon that takes of Blink CD. it just blinks like crazy until find the keywarden.
 
Good idea, I just recently built a wizard for firebirds and happened to have found a ancient aether walker on my DH that I kept. I must admit it is super fun to play with and you don't need the wormhole rune but there is a internal cooldown on teleport still it seems but the safe passage rune for 25% dmg reduction seems good. I just gotta figure out how the wizard would kill a T5-T6 KW and usually a large pack of monsters without getting insta killed.
 
u need the firebird set, the aether and a unity.
the wormhole rune and put the passive that regenerates more arcane power.
it will just blink super fast with full arcane all the time and stop only when he find the boss.. if u have double unity and firebirds, will kill the boss pretty easy
 
good idea I might do this with my wiz, carnevil WD with Dagger of Darts and using jaunt and illusory boots worked ok (pet WD just seems to not do much at present)
 
The problem I noticed with pet WD now, after the 3rd pet AI change is that they wander MUCH farther then they used to. and this causes them to frequently lose attack on the boss in a1, a2 where there are huge packs of monsters around they will run off nearly off the screen to attack other mobs. and A1 KW has a huge knockback alone. it used to be a shorter leash, I would guesstimate maybe 30yards if the pet went past 30-35yds they leashed and warped back ontop of you, now they can freely run up to 60yds before leashing. This for my pet WD runs I noticed a lot of "keywarden out of range" issues when knockback happened and fetish + dogs + garg were off fighting goatmen or bats.

I gave the wizard a shot, she kills the boss fairly quick with black hole strongarms effect and mammoth hydra to apply dot quicker. Can't help but wonder how much quicker itd be with a furnace but then would not have perma TP. But I still recognized the same issues that every class has had, with the bot simply losing target. So it seems like its basically a bot issue, DH is the only one viable although not the fastest of all, but he can stick with the KW each time and sentries always kill em dead and if a key drops he will find it from off screen and nab it.
