best class for sarkoth runs or others?

I have a wiz,with 306% GF 18% MS and around 16PR. and doing 400-450GPH

I will do a new player to do sarkoth, i think is better the DH , how many millions u guys used to get a good gear to have 600+ GPH?

Honestly for Sarkoth is depends on Hardware as much as anything else. 5-7m will buy you 600k GPH on a top end computer while the same character will do 500k on a lower end computer.

But to answer your question:
5-10m for 14 pickup range and 280-290 GF.
30m for 14 pickup range and 340ish GF.
40-45m for 340ish GF and 200ish MF.

Of course, you can manage getting these items for WAAAY less then that if you spend a full week sniping the AH looking for cheap deals.

Calculating a 60m setup as 4 days of botting is just plain wrong. In order to get a correct number you need to look at how much more you make because of the equipment upgrades.
For instance: 1 hour of botting with a 5m equip (270-290 GF) would make you 550 - 575k. 1 hour of botting with a 60m equip would make you 750k. Now the first 500k would be money you would've made anyhow, the 175k extra on the other hand would be the money you make by upgrading your equipment. In other words for a 60m investment to turn a profit compared to a 5m investment, you would need to bot for 343 hours, over 14 days.

Was not comparing. Was simply stating it took me 4 days to get 60 million to buy my setup Although i do like that little calculator in your sig, i'll take a look later
