Best CC for ret pala Questing

im new to all this and was looking for a cc for my ret pala who is questing as for some reason after every mob he kills he waits till his HP bar goes back to full before moving on and doesnt self heal. Any help would be much appreciated Thank you

I really need some info for the pally CC as well. Currently using singular and I am experiencing the same problem. The CC doesn't seem to be using an intelligent method to manage its healing spells and cooldowns. Maybe I can alter the configuration but I am sadly not sure how. Any help is appreciated.
