I have kaspersky and it is very great, it cost 40$ for 3 years and it gets updated every 3-4 days/week and perma scan your computer.

Eset Smart Security. With the right setup it's awesome. But I don't really do many "dangerous" things on the net, so I could probably run without any AV.

Thanks for the input guys -- and again, to the people who replied "oh if you do this or this you wont need it" ... if you read all of my 1st post, it says that i download a bunch of crap.

this is also the computer that I look at gold buyers for (ie: ppl that steal ur wow info).
