Belt of Trove Alignment 6,7 or 8?

I am just curious which seconds my belt should have now since there is a feature to sync up Belt and CoE with potions now. I have all 3 versions but I read somewhere that is easier to sync with an 8s belt.

Is this true or should I keep my 6s belt on?

In my experience the 6s belt is more damage output overall, and I worry more about syncing with the actual cast bombardment. If you push grifts outside of botting you are definitely gonna want the lower count on the belt.
