being harrassed by another player advice?

So finally someone is on to me for botting mainly because my ahbot was using the mailbox through the wall in trade district lately so it was basically clipping the wall. I logged on to him standing right near where I had logged off my toon at, he proceeded to call me a botter and that I was wall clipping and he reported me for cheating. I replied back saying I wasn't botting in fact I just got my account back. it got to the point where he was spam whispering me so I would ignore him, he would log another toon and do it again. Outta frustration I pulled down all my auctions threw them all into my guild bank and made a new AH toon on another account and started using the Dwarven District AH.

So should I lay down low on the botting for awhile with the account he had supposably filed a ticket with, or should I just take it with a grain of salt and keep on going.
What would you guys have done different about his harrassing behavior any advice would be great.

forget about it honestly because if he knows what you are doing then he is doing the same thing and dose not want you doing it =p that is why he was standing in the same place you were

Blizz really dont give a shit if you bot, lets face it... If i worked there and somebody reported somebody for botting id be like "yeah ill investigate this for 2 hours" Do fuck all for 2 hours except eat chocolate and drink tea then say "Hes not a botter"

Ban the other dude then carry on with my work

If you ignore him and he makes another toon to keep sending pm's then it's a reportable offence in blizzards eyes.

Don't ignore him - Report him.
Making another toon to continue whispers after you've been put on ignore is a very serious offense (from Blizzard's point of view).
And in future, when somebody sees you walking into something and questions it, tell them you pressed autowalk and and went AFK.

This, personally I'd of kept my auctions up too as I'd want to prove a point.

He will get suspended, happens if they keep logging into other characters to speak to you.

They are in the wrong but will act like you are.
