Being Banned

Has anyone actually gotten a message, pop up, notification, or email saying that they were banned?
As far as I can tell all we get is this stupid "Failed to get info from server" message, am I right?

I'm not mad about getting banned, I cheated, I expected it, but this fucking company could at least tell us instead of giving some cryptic bullshit message. Maybe I'm the only one bothered by it but seriously guys, the game is still really new and already has a dwindling player base due in no small part to Niantic being shit at communicating stuff, now they just ban people without a word?

I wasn't complaining about getting banned, I'm complaining about how they aren't even telling us we're banned, plus I was asking a question. There are plenty of people making threads bitching about getting banned, go talk shit to someone actually doing what you're giving me shit about.

I agree, the creators won't admit to anything because people are still buying the bot program. I have just had my account saying "not receiving game data" can't log into it for over 12 hours and friends who don't bot can. We do the crime we do the time, but as you said Pokefarmer should be admitting something.
I know a few who will be claiming through paypal for money back.

I didn't mean bossland, they did mention in the sticky that they heard about the bans. I mean Niantic banning us and not even saying it.

I reckon we banned because we used app and pc ie: not at the same time but history = accessed with multiple ip addresses over time. My bot only account is working fine never used with GPS on mobile.

multiple IPs shouldn't matter. however detecting what device etc im sure they would.

My guess is that they wont email us.
If we lose the acount, we create a new one and go back to furious botting.
If we are not sure, we get attached to those sniped lapras and dragonites and keep waiting, so its less work for them.
