Being Banned - A few question's.

So I got banned, no surprise I ignored everyone's advice on the state of the BG bot, and did it anyway.

So now my account's been hit with the ban hammer does that mean my account is now, flagged? Will it be easier and more likely for Blizzard to just look at my account for botting again?

I'm not worried about losing the account as you can abuse mechanics now and just attach a new account and keep all your achievements & harelooms. (I Tested this yesterday)

It's quite annoying I cant pin-point what I was banned for. I was banned whilst in a BG but I have been botting for month's, I could of been picked up for a lot of different things.

Doubt it. I've been banned on 20+ accounts and I'm still going 24/7. 8 months since last ban.

Well, my main acc has been perma banned 2 times, but im still using it

My main account has been banned 5 times since wotlk, last time it was banned was in the 6 month banwave. Still ain't got a permaban on it, but I suspect next ban would probably not be as forgiving

Point is; been atleast a year in between every ban. Except in wotlk when I was banned 3 times in a row. I was also banned for playing the account actively while the subscription had been down for over a month, I did not realize this and neither did blizzard apparantly. Was around when they introduced being able to play to level 20 on non sub accounts, for some reason mine bugged out and I was able to do everything on it despite having no sub. They apologized and gave me 3 days free gametime because of the faulty ban.
