It's probably not HB's fault. Paypal was part of the massive DDoS attack that occurred today and they're probably playing catch-up.

The HB team is, most likely, not going to send you a key until they can actually verify your payment.

paid with paypal earlier in the day, around 12pm eastern.. I'm sure the team will get around to sending your key out when they can..

I bought my key 9 hours ago..sent ticket to both the support and the shop support...even tried discord... I got a mail that someone received my ticket but no answer there aswell!
If HB been attacked why no information to the users. And if you have paying customers even worse.

I liked HB.. it saved me alot of time when i cant play like i used too.. but soon actions will be made as i payed money for a service and so far they only scammed alot of people

Well i got my hands on some kind of info. The people handling the problem is probably asleep. (i know) And there have probably been a DDoS attack. Hopefully they will be awake soon and handle everything...
But at least thats a small info i can share but take to heart that the information may or may not be accurate and only rumors.
