Or if you were foolish enough to pay with PayPal, you have to dispute through them.
Otherwise, you 100% will win any disputed funds -- the customer is always right according to your bank/credit card company.
..and since these were VIRTUAL goods, Blizzard has no tracking number or much proof to fight the dispute legally.
Contract? Nope. Blizzard does not write the laws at all, you could have agreed to a TOS that said they were allowed to murder you -- does not make it legal.
