Been away from botting, looking to come back - Bring your opinions!

Well guys/gals, the title says it all. I quit botting several months ago and I'm looking to get back in the game. Was playing main account and it got to boring for me so i canceled the subscription on it. To much time invested in it so I've never botted while it was active (call me paranoid). Main reason I'm wanting to bot is for a few extra $$, I'm looking to move out of the parents house and could use all the help I can get. I'm not trying to make a living from botting but an extra $50 or whatever could help out while I'm going to college and working part-time at Walmart.

What I planned on doing was getting back into GB2 but I've been scanning the forums and noticed this (new?) LCP Detection and I'm a bit confused. I never used public profiles besides Kicks for leveling. I made all my own gathering profiles. Does this mean even those aren't safe to use? Also I noticed robotos random profile generator. The only problem I see with this is with spots that need to be blacklisted but aren't and then the oh "look I'm a bot that's stuck, watch me do my back and forth dance." I won't always be at the PC to stop and fix when he's stuck so I'm not sure if the random profile generator would be good for me, which is why I made my own profiles with blacklisted areas and all that stuff.

So basically I'm looking for your opinions and experience with what your currently doing. I'm also open to other gold making methods if anyone wants to share.

Give me your thoughts!
 
I had 4months break too, today back in biznis, updated wow and hb everything works great even my old half year outdated dk pvp CC (which is best free and no longer obtainable here lol).Still wondering whats that "LCP Detection" ? Thx
 
Last time i checked the best gold making method was buying gold from chinese. Pretty legit

LCP is linear path detection, seeing as whenever we use GB2 it runs off of a profile eventually the bot will use the same path twice, and this is when LCP detection comes in, basically blizzard sets up a flag at x and y and once you trigger the path on x and y you get banned. There is a way to combat this thought, one of our forum members have made a plugin that creates a random profile after x amount of minutes.

more than 3 zones (multizone) + change every 15 mins
 
I think that Blizzard wouldn't or couldn't afford the CPU resources from the server to track with LCP, I've been banned a few times and it's always when I've gone over the top and posted more than 50 stacks... I also think that they track by zone as well as player report (simply posting auctions wouldn't be enough since human players can gather faster than bots, definitely a combination of these).

This is coming from someone who spent 2 hours making a private profile, over 1 thousand waypoints, although the bot does use mesh and I had seen even when I used my own private profile the bots using the same path (very short periods of time though)... the randomization should help though.

oh thats probably the reason i am having 600 auctions and have not be banned yet.

Just let him believe he's ban immune bro, it's not even worth feeding the troll. We all know he'll get banned eventually even if he doesn't admit it :)

As always, it's just a matter of time.

Why people underestimate other people caused by their lack of brain cells? Are you boosting your ego trying to say its just luck? this has been since 6 months. i just never get reported for any reason. i am doing it with a way. if you want a screenshot to check how much behind you are from me i would be gladly to provide one. This is just an exception because i am a chemist myself,therefore when i look into someone's eyes i see elements from the periodic table.Well, in your case i identified Cu(Copper) and Te (Tellurium). Enjoy.
