Been away from botting and wow for 1 year!

As title says I have been away from botting and wow for about a year. Some of you may remember me, I started using HB in the early stage.

I started off handleveling 80-85 which took about a week playing 2 hrs a day then some farming, and I got bored. Fixed my PC and used my old GB lifetime today.

Its awesome as it always been, but alot of new improvements. Which I intent to use

Such as Arch buddy, and instance buddy.

I also have some questions.
Now theres also a GB2 does that mean that we dont use the GB anymore?

The questing, I didnt get it to work right. (only spend 10 min on it until I decided it would be best to start farming gold first) My question about the questing is, is it still pretty buggy?

I have checked out some profiles, and im wondering if I for example have a lock that I already handleveled some quest before does it automatically see that and start quest in order?

If you dont want to answer to this wall of text, can you direct me to some posts who explain each new feature? I have been searching most of the forums for an hour to be up to date. but the questing is still new to me (the setup isnt a problem, its just my toon doesnt do any quests)

GB2 is pretty much the same as GB(though better in some situations), GB will be used over GB2 in situations where you want to run a lot of bots(GB uses less memory than HB+GB2)

Questing CAN be buggy depending on the profile. The only profile i've been able to 100% afk is Bobby's hyjal profile, some of Kick's are close(i haven't used his Alliance profiles though, which i hear are pretty badass)

Yes questing profiles can see that you've done quests before.

I have now gotten most of the questing on the go, I see that you cant AFK them yet but there arent that many quests you have to do by hand.

This is awesome, I am going to bot up a DK which I always wanted to try to play with questing. With the questing I wont have the problem of the usual comments like, woot? have you only done 50 quests?

Been botting my lock from 80-83 since sunday, also made 20k since sunday using herb/mining.

Now I have time to study and be with girlfriend and possibly start raiding if I find time

I have said it many times before, but I will never stop. Thank you HB

PS. Hows Arch buddy and Proffesionbuddy? Can you prospect/DE with proffesion buddy? And arch is it really buggy or quite good? I am asking since I dont have the time atm to setup and test I will have that time in about 2 weeks when my final exam in accounting is over.

Arch Buddy is really good for afk leveling once you have 280% flying (lvl 70+) and you make decent money from vendoring greys and chance for BoA epics/pets. Profession Buddy is just starting up, but I've only used it to level mining/herbing simultaneously (1-525 mining/herbing profile is good). It works well for gathering professions, not great for crafting ones yet. Obsidium ore shuffle is good for about 1 more week only until 4.1 comes out

For DE/prospecting, i'd recommend the plugin: AllRounder. Pretty easy to configure in its settings.

Whats obsidium ore shuffle? And why will it be bad in patch 4.1?

I am going to get Arch going this weekend instead, any estimation on how long it takes 1-525?

Obsidium Vendor Shuffle LINK

It buys ore for less than 40-45g, prospects it, makes green gems, and vendors em for 9g a pop for a decent profit. In 4.1 patch (likely next week), they're dropping the vendor price to like 90silver or something stupidly low.

For Arch, the exp depends ONLY on what level you are. And all the good good epics won't come until you've been 525 for a long time (usually). So don't need to care about how long 1-525 takes really. (but probably a good full day of botting i'd say).

Yeah Arch seems really nice, I haveseen that you could get mounts from it aswell!
