BC account can fly at 60-70 thru azeroth?

hey guys, i got an bc account that i would like to use it to farm old shit, will i be able to fly on azeroth after lvl 60 like on a cata account?

Nope, as you said, this requires Cata.

Then you need cata. I had it a while ago, you cant get that unless you upgrade to cata.
