Battlenet balance tokens question

So with the current token prices on EU (160k) I calculated they convert to your bnet blance at around 0.06$ per k gold. While the chinese offer 0.045 max atm and may probably drop the price further. I'm wondering if you can buy and gift WoW licenses to different battlenet accounts? Can I buy 6 full WoW licenses and gift them to my other bnet account? Just making sure.
If so, then it would a good idea to always keep sufficient enough of gold to convert it to bnet for needed amount of WoW licenses.

For start, try buy as gift from your battle.net balance a simple battle chest?

My worry would be
Bot account buys battle chest to gift, gifts game code of ABC123
new account starts up with code ABC123.
ban come around account ABC123 goes down because of connection.
if you used, okay your fine with it, prisoner of war
but you sold code. person plays legit, goes down. what repercussions will come about?

Very unlikely and would require them to manually investigate which is rare, and then you can white wash the gold

I think this could be possible. Only time and feed back can tell us.
But if you buy game and offer it with token from a banned account you can loose it.
They can have implement something to check it automatically. I'm not expert.
