Battlenet Account or Game Account

Im kinda new to botting but I had a few questions when it comes to bans (searched but there's a lot of threads here) ;-)

I've never been caught botting, will I get a suspension if caught or will I get the banhammer right away?
Note: Ive been suspended 48h for calling someone a "Greedy Fucking Jew" once.

If I get suspended/banned, does it go for the whole Battlenet account or just the one used to bot?
Note: I only ever botted with one of them.

If my account gets suspended/banned, what happens to the guild and the guildbank?
Note: Im guild leader on another game account (same battlenet account).


I bet nobody can say "Exactly this will happend", but I figured that those who have been around for long knows more what will happend then I do.

Also, using the bot to make gold for myself, selling stuff on Ah etc etc. Not giving/selling to others.
