I am sure this has brought up before, I have honorbuddy running at the time of this screenshot but it seems battle.net agent does not see it, Although it sees everything else I have running.

EDIT: I guess this is nothing new lol, says clearly in the ToS " A. WHEN RUNNING, THE GAME MAY MONITOR YOUR COMPUTER'S RANDOM ACCESS MEMORY (RAM) AND/OR CPU PROCESSES FOR UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS RUNNING CONCURRENTLY WITH WORLD OF WARCRAFT."

Would be nice to know why it cant scan HB but I guess that's a trade secret? Anyway, just thought whilst reading this, sure they cant see HB but they can see IE's. Does that include URL's? Cause I have these forums open quite a lot + gold selling websites.... Kind of an obvious givaway lol.

Edit: And occasionally some porn.... *cough*

Whats even creepier, when you start Battle.net Agent, it completely scans your HD... It scanned both my partitions and actually found my porn stash. Still didnt find the honorbuddy folder though.

Wow that's pretty hardcore (pun intended). It's a wonder how they are allowed to get away with it... Sure we all agree to the T&C's (which btw are different here, they arent allowed to log chat) but it just seems so unethical to me, its something only a gaming company could get away with, they seem to have different rules and regulations then every day life :S

All that reverse engineering when all they could have done is read the ToS/EULA
