battle.net account at risk ?

I was wondering, i'm botting 12 hours over the daytime in WoW and 12hours at night on d3 so i'm running a bot pretty much round the clock with one battle.net account.
My question is, if for example I sell my WoW gold and get caught, will my D3 account also get flagged for botting ?

No, only for example the botting account would be banned. Unless your d3 account is also caught, only wow is ban.
