Battle Ground EXP rates

Hey, so I don't PvP much, but I was wondering how long it would take BGBuddy to level up from 80-90 if I left it running 24/7? Is it more efficient than questing?

Questing is faster but you have to check it often because it tends to get stuck sometimes.
Grinding and BG's is a good AFK alternative.

i didnt run 24/7, but i had it doing AV and EoTs, and it took me around 5 days, and i was messing around with other stuff. so im sure you could do it in less.
