Battle Chests

I hear here and there that there are ways to buy very cheap battle chests from blizzard. Battle chests include the game plus TBC and WotLK. Why would someone buy one? I mean if she wants to play till 90 she has to pay ~45 euros to fully upgrade it. So, what is the reason? Just less money or are these accounts useful for any other reasons?

Use a battlechest as : ah botting, pre cata farming, raf another accounts and more...

I was thinking of doing so -checked the store and it's 15 Euros, or about ?10 -whilst good value for money (I guess...) I was put off remembering a Blizzard email I got way back whilst it was on sale, for 5 Euros

I was hoping for a price closer to that rather than the standard Blizz Store
