Batch updates to Profiles

I had asked on a thread how to make profiles not vendor greens and I got an great reply via chinajade:

Alter the profile as follows...
<SellGreen>false</SellGreen>
...
<MailGreen>true<MailGreen>

Since most of my profiles I update through SVN, is there a way to Find and Replace through all my profiles for this adjustment?
Like a batch file or something?
