Barely catching pokemon?

I have plenty of room left in both items and pokemon inventory and it just walks by them. Is this normal? I see them pop up, and it goes to catch 1/10 pokemon and just continues to walk.

happened to me earlier. i looked back at my logs and noticed it said to "collect level rewards". i went from like 18-19 i think. I logged into the game leveled then logged back to the bot. after collecting the level rewards it went back to working fine. hope this helps
