[Barbarian] Unable to cast Ignore Pain & Warcry together

Hello all,

As per the thread title. My Barb will only cast Ignore pain OR Warcry and would not cast them together despite cooldown over. I have checked the use ignore pain option as well as set the % too 100. I tried many ways but it still remains as such.

Help would be appreciated

I have done so, attached is the log file for 1 RIFT run for the barb.

make sure you are not using any file from your previous installation
