Barbarian problem help

Can anyone help me on how to change my barbarian to use HOTA on Elites. I try setting it to use on elite only , but all
he does is WW on everything lol which is good expect I want him to use HOTA to kill elites faster.

hota doesnt seem to work to well. Ive tried it and he randomly would use it instead of smash face like he should.



Rend / WW skorn barb is the best option IMO right now.
