Barbarian keeps doing some weird circular "whirlwind" type thing...

Hi,

My character keeps doing this weird whirlwind type thing every few seconds, you can view it here: 2015-04-15_2057

Once the character gets to town it becomes most noticeable when he's supposed to be idling... instead he appears to whirlwind when he doesn't even have the spell.

Any idea why and how to fix?

Yup, thats the reason for sure, remove that gem and everything will run ok.

where do i make the settings to keep the stacks? mine doesn't try and keep teh stacks while running stuff.....
