[Barbarian] Default Raek+charge Doesn't Work Appropriate

Hi all,
mine build

doesn't work properly with the default routine "Barbarian Raekor Ancient Spear by Phelon".
It doesn't spam ancient spear when the fury it's full, as a result, I remain without wrath of the berserker.

Does anyone have my own problem?
