Barb ww bug on stairs

Combat Plugin: Giles obviously
Recently purchased the bot
My barb seems to have problems with range combat on stairs
For example: Range on top of stairs shooting me..... Barb below stairs spinning air until it has no more fury or when the range stops shooting

This seems to slow my bot down by a huge difference and it dies a lot like that

A thousand times +. Bot goes completely retard on stairs.

It's goes up to the enemy, WW's for less than a second, then it goes down the stairs again while taking damage. Bot then proceeds to repeat this until someone dies

But I guess not much can be done until Giles is reborn..

AFAIK the only way is waiting for mr. Giles to finish his recovery and get to work on it

There are several other threads discussing the WW/stairs issue, and at least one that has a workable solution. Let Giles recover. The source is available, it is only a matter of fixing it ourselves.

That's correct, this bug is fixed already.
Guess I underestimated our userbase, but it won't happen again

This bug isn't fixed. Ranged units and stairs cause my barb to have a ww seizure, going back and forth really fast, until the enemy either walks into my whirlwind, or I die. Pretty painful to watch.
