Barb wont use call of the ancients.

I use trinity combat plugin and i have put call of the ancients down at my skill bar but it wont use it?
can anyone help me out?

both 2 of my barbs are using call of the ancients just fine, did you try a fresh install and are you using the latest version of DB/Trinity?
