Barb stands still saying " the skill is not ready" NOT fixed with new Trinity :-(

New Trinity 2.6.3 is out but Barb is not using primary skill Frenzy. He stood middle of enemy and spamming " The skill is not ready". Furious charge barb is waiting for Ancient Council arise and stood still.
Can someone fix this? Do I have to go back to old Trinity again?
