Barb stands still and dies

I have noticed a serious problem after the recent update, my barb will stop attacking and die or stop whirl winding and die and then it will click to resurrect and then stand there and die and do it over and over it will res and just stand there and I have not changed any profiles or settings at all.

also I would like to know how to get my barb to whirlwind and never stop even while out of combat to keep my Teaguk Legendary Gem proced

in my DB window the last lines i see showed me 3 deaths in a row with accepting resurrection and then dying again

I also installed FRESH copy and folder of DB, downloaded newest version of Rixx Rifts profile and the bot still stops fighting

I am having the same problem!!! Haven't changed any thing just did DB update (beta) and this is now happening!!!

UPDATE: This seems (for me anyway) that it has to do with Wrath Of The Berserker, when meeting yellows and grift bosses if the WOTB can not initiate (still in cooldown state) the bot will quit fighting until it can be initiated again then bot will start fighting again. If it can initiate the bot will fight until WOTB times out, then bot stops fighting until it WOTB can initiate again. My settings are use on hard elites only. I have tried other settings for this but still have the same results.

my setting for this has been use on ALL elites and I never changed that setting ever

i just tried setting barb to use wrath on CD and again when i die to an elite pack I res and stand still die over and over until wrath is back off cool down and then finally the bot starts again.

Update: I thought i could bypass this issue by taking away wrath of the zerker completely so i replaced it with call of the ancients and the same thing happens, when I get to an elite ifCOTA is not off cooldown I literally just stand there and take a beating until its ready for use.

i downlaoded trinity and i deleted "trinity" folder from plugins and then copy new "trinity" folder in its place now DB does not recognize trinity as a plugin, it does not show up
 
the sticky for trinity only had version 2.8, your link has 2.9.1 and that one is showing up, I will test and let you know
