Barb's use leap on cooldown even if there are no mobs to attack.
This is bad because you don't get the armor bonus from it when it doesn't hit a monster.
Also I think this is causing a lot of barbs to die more often because they don't try and avoid spells like arcane/molten/plague after running away and then leaping in.
If you could make it so leap is only used in combat and only when certain affixes are not present I think it would fix a lot of barb issues.
