Barb in T6 - picking up materials & gems

Well I have a slight problem with the WW barb. During T6 rifts for trial keys, since normal mobs can drop items like Death Breath, Arcane Dust, Reusable Parts, and gems - the whirlwind barb spins on the items constantly throughout the rift.

So I have to disable picking up all crafting mats and blue items. I loved doing T6 on my monk because it could pick up blue items, gems, and other materials WHILE doing T6, but the Barbarian clears so much faster.

But barbarian whirlwind, it kills time because cannot pick up blue materials.

Does anybody have a fix for this?

first of all, Death Breath, Arcane Dust, Reusable Parts are craftable items and will not be picked up id you disable it.

second, if your barb using bulkathos weapons then it will keep spaming WW therefour bot can't stop and pick up items, that's why i choose not to speedfarm with BK weapons

what i did is using ik weapon and one items to get the perma ancients, using chaila belt, wreath of lighting gem and boone of the horder gem, ofc all gems are 40+ lvl and 90% of my gear is ancients. my speed almost always 50%+ gets' over 200 with sprint, clearinf time between 1:30min-3min depend on rift
