Banwave Question..

So Im new to the botting community been running Honorbuddy w/ GB2 + BGBOTBETA for 3-4hours a day just to push myself into it without fetching too much attension to myself.
I noticed there has been a banwave with some other bot I would attempt to remember the name but hey I have a ... memmory.
My question is:

Even though Honorbuddy is undetecatble if Blizzard do find out how to know if someone is using it will they banwave the people that are running the bot at the time or for example if I ran the bot 4days before they banwave and havent used it since will they still ban me.

Yes, they will still ban you.

Oh and I'm pretty sure it isn't allowed to make threads with 'banwave' in the topic :)
 
No one can really answer the question, for two reasons, no one knows, and it really depends on the terms of detection.HB is not detected and cant be client side ever.Only algorithm checks can be detected, and user reports so don't worry about it.

Sorry like I said Im new here, wasn't sure what to put thought it would of been better than just putting banwave by itself.. thanks for the tip anyhow.

Well, no one can really give you the right answer on this. Blizzard works in mysterious ways. But I would say, yes, you could run it for 4 days. Get player reports and blizzard have set up the ban stick for you, but waits until later? I guess it could happen. Only been banned once, back in the days of the first "banwave"
Be sure to setup your bot right and dont do excessive amount of time running for nodes in the same small area. Really, what would make you think someone is botting? Try to awoid that.
Hope this helps you in decide what the answer should be :)
Oh also, never mention a "banwave"! People seems to freak out :P
